We also offer package deals and family discounts. Contact us for a customized plan that fits your needs and budget.

Is there a membership contract or cancellation fee?

+

We offer both month-to-month and 6-month commitment options. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees for monthly memberships. Our 6-month packages offer better rates and can be put on hold for medical reasons with a doctor's note.

Do you offer a free trial or first session discount?

+

Yes! We offer a free facility tour and consultation for all new clients. First-time visitors can also try one group class for free. Personal training clients receive 20% off their first session. This allows you to experience our facility, meet our trainers, and determine if we're the right fit for your fitness journey.

Training & Programs

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

+

Absolutely! We work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Our trainers specialize in creating customized programs that match your current fitness level and progress at your pace. Every exercise can be modified to ensure you're challenged but not overwhelmed. We believe everyone deserves to feel confident in their fitness journey.

How often should I train per week?

+

For optimal results, we recommend 3-5 training sessions per week, depending on your goals. Beginners typically start with 2-3 sessions to allow proper recovery. Those focused on significant weight loss or muscle building may train 4-5 times weekly. Your trainer will create a schedule that balances workout intensity with adequate recovery time based on your specific goals and lifestyle.

What's the difference between personal training and group classes?

+

Personal training provides one-on-one attention with a dedicated trainer who creates a fully customized program for your goals, provides constant form correction, and adjusts workouts in real-time. Group classes offer a structured workout in a motivating group environment with up to 15 participants. Both are effective - personal training is ideal for specific goals or those needing extra attention, while group classes are great for motivation, variety, and community.

Can I do both strength training and cardio?

+

Yes, and we highly recommend it! A balanced fitness program includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Our trainers design programs that incorporate both elements in the right proportion for your goals. Strength training builds muscle and boosts metabolism, while cardio improves heart health and endurance. We'll create a balanced approach that maximizes your results.

Nutrition & Diet

Do I need to follow a strict diet to see results?

+

No! We don't believe in restrictive diets. Our nutrition guidance focuses on creating sustainable, healthy eating habits that fit your lifestyle. We teach you about proper portion sizes, macronutrient balance, and how to make healthier choices without giving up foods you love. The goal is long-term lifestyle change, not short-term deprivation.

Do you provide meal plans?

+

Yes! Our nutrition coaching package includes personalized meal plans based on your goals, dietary preferences, and any restrictions. We provide weekly meal suggestions, recipes, shopping lists, and meal prep guidance. Plans are flexible and can be adjusted as your needs change. We also teach you how to create your own balanced meals so you can maintain your results independently.

What about supplements? Do I need them?

+

Supplements are not required but can support your goals when used appropriately. We focus on whole food nutrition first. If supplements are recommended, we'll explain why, what to look for, and proper dosing. Common recommendations include protein powder for convenience, vitamin D if deficient, and omega-3s for inflammation. We never push unnecessary supplements - food comes first.

Scheduling & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

+

For personal training sessions, we require 24-hour advance notice for cancellations to avoid being charged. For group classes, cancel at least 2 hours before class start time. Emergencies are handled case-by-case. We understand life happens, but this policy ensures trainers are compensated fairly and other clients have the opportunity to book available slots.

What are your gym hours?

+

We're open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members have 24/7 access with their key card. Staffed hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday-Friday and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. Classes run throughout the day - check our schedule page for specific class times.

Can I put my membership on hold?

+

Yes! Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months per year for medical reasons (doctor's note required), extended travel, or other life circumstances. There's a small administrative fee of $10/month to maintain your hold. Unused personal training sessions don't expire and will be waiting for you when you return. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

+

No! We provide all necessary equipment including weights, machines, mats, resistance bands, and cardio equipment. We just ask that you bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout attire (athletic shoes, comfortable clothes). Lockers are available with locks provided. We also have showers and changing facilities for your convenience.
